James enjoys the "Three Dip Med Bread" at Moxies... also "Antojitos" at Montanas.

 

James plays poker, likes poker, but doesn't win all that often at poker.

 

James eats McDonalds probably 4 times week which is a sickly amount as any health official can tell you.

 

James likes New England Patriots & Calgary Flames.

 

James' pet peeves are drivers afraid of their gas pedals... anybody who is a jerk for no reason at all... having to get gas for his car... and having to chip in for groceries with his girl.

 

James loves pizza... except when people pollute it with pineapple or ham.

 

James is from the East Coast but dislikes all seafood. (Exceptions TUNA & CRAB)

This is actually my second time in Fort McMurray -- I worked here at the station back in 2000. I grew up in Calgary and have "played radio" in just about every city and town from Victoria to Saskatoon.

What brings me back? Radio people always lie about how little money they make. We’re loaded. All of us. In fact, that’s the REAL reason I decided to return to Fort McMurray – I got sick of paying fair prices for real estate.

Things I like: Waiting in line at Tim Horton’s & sarcasm.

Things I hate: Big oil companies… (Sorry, just making sure you’re paying attention).

So, I'm supposed to write a bio so here it goes! I come from Kitchener, Ontario and just graduated from Conestoga College. My favourite bands are Rise Against, Alexisonfire, and ACDC with mad respect for Free Bird! I'm a Montreal Alouettes fan, along with Montreal Canadians and Toronto Maple Leafs... Yea... strange I know, deal with it! When I’m not behind the mic you can find me wandering aimlessly around Canadian Tire looking at tools, hanging out in my sweet garage (me and the boys ran cable to it... Yea, that's right), sitting on the patio at Earl’s enjoying a nice cold pint (weather permitting) or sleeping because, really who doesn't like sleep?! I also love to play hockey so, come winter, I’m always down for a game of stick!
